Viva Maya By Wyndham, A Trademark All Inclusive Resort Playa del Carmen

I had great 4 nights in this hotel that's why I loved that. My superior king room had climate control, a private safe and multi-channel TV.

I was there for 5 nights and ate at a la carte restaurant for dinner. Booked table at Hacienda Don Diego, it's their onsite restaurant.

The staff - some of them were very rude.

We had 6 nights in Playa del Carmen, spent our time here lovely.

Our stay here was wonderful, excellent place for exploring Playa del Carmen. We loved rooms with 2 twin beds.

Wi-Fi was very limited, a little small room.

Incredible and brand-new rooms, professional hotel. Affable staff who seems to be more interested in charging you extra money than serving you at check-in and check-out and good Wi-Fi.

I stayed for shopping and the hotel was clean and the staff was hard-working. Unbeatable location away from hustle and bustle.

Everything was excellent and we had AMAZING time. The pool bar was amazing and the drinks were bottled. Location just off central Playa Del Carmen and the beach. Also, it was within walking distance of Playacar Center Shopping Mall.

Everything was perfect, favourable location down the beach, the staff were attentive. The buffet breakfast was offered with good meals.

i had a fine time, good value. i loved it, its location and food. that was essential hotel set in very lively area.

The hotel was fairly clean, low cost and had very good staff and location.

Lovely welcoming hotel with outstanding food and perfect location just next door to the beach, the various restaurants. The rooms with better cable, 2 chairs on the Patio, garden view, exceptional staff who seems to be more interested in charging you extra money than serving you at check-in and check-out.

The venue is not friendly tbh, but it has lovely food and drinks.

This hotel is lovely relaxing, stunning location, outstandingly accommodating staff. Satisfactory breakfast, great service.

Amazing staff and food, good value. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. The bed was nice, jacuzzi worked well. Kindness from the whole staff. Location near the beach. Pool was great.

It's a chic hotel in the elegant building. Prime location to park xel. Loved friendly check-in and easy check-out.

Breakfast was plentiful, staff was hard working, place was quite clean. Lots of options for breakfast in the restaurant. Had cold drinks in the main bar. Ideal location near the beach.

Facilities were decent, nonetheless wifi was very poor.

So beautiful location, polite staff, exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff did all they can for a really unforgettable stay.

We liked this place, it has wonderful staff and food. The bathroom was luxurious & the bedroom was quiet.

All in all it was good value, considering prices in Playa del Carmen. Spectacular location, really huge rooms, super beds. There was highly professional staff and the service was courteous!

I came here for 7 nights and had a lovely stay. I loved the gracious staff and relatively good breakfasts. The room I booked was brand new and had 2 queen size beds. Very clean and luxurious hotel in Playacar Zona Hotelera district.

Terrific service and people, and even a free parking:)))

Btw, their maid is top! Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like El Bamboo that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Impeccable customer care too.

Really loved it. The breakfast was good & parking was on-site. Being adjacent to the nice beach.

We recommend it as this hotel was real value for money. Good food...
